| AHMA-NCNH Membership |

AHMA offers four categories of membership: |

Owners/Managing
Agents own or manage multiple affordable housing properties
in Northern California, Nevada and Hawaii. Dues for managing agents
are $200 for companies owning or managing 500 or fewer units, $300 for companies owning or managing more than 500 and less than 1000 units, and $500 for 1000 or more units.
Owners and Managing Agents are voting members. The membership
cycle is January 1, 2010 to
December 31, 2010.

Self-managed Properties
are properties that are their own managing agent. Dues
for Self-managed Properties are $200, plus an additional $1.50 per unit for each unit above 115 units. Self-managed Properties are voting members of AHMA-NCNH.
Dues for properties joining AHMA-NCNH are HUD authorized property
expenses. The membership cycle is January 1, 2010
to December 31, 2010.

Properties
are individual affordable housing developments in Northern California,
Nevada and Hawaii, dues for properties are $1.50 per unit. Dues
for properties joining AHMA-NCNH are HUD authorized property expenses.
The membership cycle is January 1, 2010
to December 31, 2010. Properties are
non-voting members of AHMA-NCNH.

Associate Members
are product vendors, manufacturers, professional service
providers, and government agencies who work with the affordable
housing industry. The dues for associate members are $500 per
year. The membership cycle is July 1, 2010
to June 30, 2011. Associate members are
non-voting members of AHMA-NCNH.
