Operation/Property Manager (over sees 7-8 sites) Full-time property management position responsible for primarily HUD elderly housing portfolio in California is open. Experience sought in affordable housing management, leadership, supervision, and organizational skills. Knowledge of HUD regulations and fair housing compliance required. Seeking an individual who is willing and able to effectively juggle several priorities at a time, and to work with a team committed to affordable housing. Hands-on computer skills in general office programs and property management software are needed. A bachelors degree in a related field; or four to five years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
